A second act, by design.
I came to interior design after twenty-five years in corporate communications, where the work I loved most was always the detective work: listening for what sits beneath what people tell you, finding the ambition they haven't quite articulated. All that time, a parallel creative life ran alongside; drawing, making miniatures, deep dives into buildings and their histories, collecting interiors the way other people collect records. When I finally gave it the room it deserved and trained at Sydney Design School, I discovered the two lives were really one: everything I knew about uncovering what a project truly needs is exactly what good design demands.
I'm drawn to colour, texture and warmth. To old buildings. To mid-century lines and Art Deco geometry, the restrained sophistication I grew up with in France and the occasional, glorious excess of English maximalism. Above all, to rooms where you can feel life happening. Not show homes; real places, made for real life. I want your personality to come through in your home, interpreted by a designer; never the other way around.
The first career left me with habits your project will benefit from. I take a proper brief, I ask the questions that surface what you actually need and I communicate clearly at every stage. No jargon, no surprises. Design is my second act, and it is a thrilling one.

That's the best place to start. Send me a note about your home and the thing that's been niggling at you. A conversation costs nothing, and I love a good puzzle.
